So Delicious Dairy Free is an extraordinary partner to School Garden Project. So Delicious first donated to School Garden Project in 2013, organizing a benefit screening of the film, “GMO OMG” at the Bijou Art Cinemas and donating the proceeds to School Garden Project. That financial support has grown steadily each year since. This spring, So Delicious became School Garden Project’s first School Garden Ambassador with their generous donation of $20,000 in support of school garden education in Lane County.
A locally grown favorite, So Delicious Dairy Free began right here in Eugene more than 25 years ago. Today, they produce their delicious line of products at a 100% dairy-free facility in Springfield, OR. Along with their incredible growth, So Delicious maintains their commitment to supporting our local community.
This year’s donation from So Delicious Dairy Free empowered School Garden Project to bring a full year of school garden education to children in six classrooms. We are so grateful to So Delicious! And, we’re reminded once again that we couldn’t bring science, gardening and healthy eating to local schools without the tremendous support of businesses and individuals in our community. Thank you, So Delicious Dairy Free!
