Volunteer Spotlight: Pacific Continental Bank

Here at School Garden Project we have the pleasure of working closely with dedicated businesses and community members to keep our gardens growing strong throughout the year. Looking back on the 2014-2015 school year, we have been so honored by the level of both financial and volunteer support we have received from the team at Pacific Continental Bank! Not only did we receive $1,950 in grant money to purchase science equipment to improve our programming, but also have had the opportunity of working with 40 individual employees who have dedicated over 150 hours of their time helping with in-school education, garden maintenance, starting tomatoes for students and assisting with spring celebrations!
This team of hard working bankers has gone above and beyond in their support of our programs and we wanted to take a moment to say thank you for taking the time to help make a positive difference in the health and well being of Lane County youth.
